We were in town for a baseball tournament and had 4 families staying at the property. My wife and I have two boys on this team and had another one staying with us this weekend. When we went to make the bed for them, we needed more bedding, so I went down stairs and a woman that was getting off of work after her shift offered to help me with my request. The BIG one to me was the next morning, I left my Apple ear pod pros on the nightstand in the room when we left for the game, I called and told them what had happened and they went and got them and did not lie about them being there!!! Honesty, is a HUGE thing to me!! I will always choose this hotel due to the honesty!!

My family and I have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 30 days due to a family member being in the hospital. Everything about this property exceeds our expectations. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk all the way to the housekeepers, even the staff that serves breakfast in the morning are friendly. We really enjoy the lovely rooms, great breakfast and we always set time aside for the pool. The hospital (UT HEALTH) was less than 4 minutes away plus this hotel is in the perfect location for family parks and dining!

The breakfast was better than average for low-cost lodging. But, anytime one is eating factory made omelettes with plastic forks on Styrofoam plates with no fresh fruit and cinnamon rolls that come in plastic containers from Lord knows where, you can’t really give that breakfast a very high rating. Staff members were courteous and enthusiastic. The room was large. The furnishings were a little worn, but they were completely OK. My room had a very good worktable, almost like a small conference room table.

The dry sauna was a bonus surprise since I do always love me a dry sauna ! The fact that ice cold citrus water was continuously offered in the lobby was extremely nice since our stay was in August. I consider that a impressive personal touch making the hotel vibe very welcoming.

It was incredibly clean and well stocked. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered to bring you any toiletry items you may have forgotten, including a RAZOR, complimentary! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast each morning was delicious.
